Maserati is an Italian luxury car manufacturer founded on December 1, 1914 in Bologna. The company's headquarters are now located in Modera, and the brand logo is a trident. In 1993, Fiat S.p.A. acquired Maserati, allowing the brand to be retained.
Maserati was once a part of Ferrari and is now directly owned by Fiat Chrysler.
